Worst experience ever, booked a room for 3 adults for 4 nights which was confirmed via booking.com. as the flight from London was delayed and we didn't arrive until 2am on the day the stay was booked for, only to be told there is no rooms availability. Booking.com were also absolutely useless to provide any assistance even though we had messaged the hotel to state our flight will be arriving in Mumbai late at night and we may require a late check in. Had to spend the night on the streets of Mumbai as no other places were available nearby until the next day. Will never ever stay in this chain of property again and recommend anyone who wants any peace of mind to avoid this place

Issues with using booking.com for this hotel.

We had made a booking in this hotel using booking.com. Shortly after booking I received messages from the hotels account asking for money to confirm the booking. Everything had been handled through the app so I reached out multiple times via the app to try and understand what was happening. I tried to reach them on the phone multiple times, but I was never able to reach them on the phone. I then received a mail a week prior to staying there, to say that they had cancelled the booking. I made arrangements to stay elsewhere. A day prior to staying elsewhere in Mumbai, they messaged me via the app to say that they were looking forward to having me stay with them. I messaged back to say that they had actually cancelled the booking previously. Once again they never responded. I’m sure that they are probably a reasonably hotel and that this is just a communications problem between them and the app, but I did not enjoy the experience of booking this hotel through booking.com.

Great room with very good staffs. Clean and neat rooms, even rooms are little small. But ok for a small family. Very friendly staffs. Only problem is with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast will provide in the room, only a small quantity and cold. But still ok. Have kettle and tea and coffee options that they will fill daily. You can see this hotel in 2 ways, Fabexpress Powai and Fab hotel Aksa International. Both are same in the T Square Building.

Fab hotel Aksa international Alocated is great location. Hotel room is neet and cleen excellent service. Staff is very helpfull Thanks Hotel was excellent to me for full 2 days i were there..... breakfast was limited options but very Testy..

We had initially booked Fabhotel Savoy Suites just down the road but unfortunately, they did not let us stay there because of our Bangladeshi passports. Note: I was there along with my family. Anyway, we had booked through booking.com and they shifted us to FabHotel Aksa International. We just stayed there for one night but we were impressed with the staff and the service. The rooms were clean, the food was good and most importantly, all of us slept really well! FabHotel Aksa International and FabHotel Savoy Suites are less than a kilometer apart but there's a world of difference. If you're confused between the two, I would suggest you to go for FabHotel Aksa International.
